No guarantee of pregnancy is given by the Agent under any circumstances whatsoever. No refunds are given for mares not in foal at the end of the breeding season and no free returns are offered or implied.

The Customer is  presumed to have read all information and advice imparted verbally or in writing by the Agent. The Agent cannot accept liability for any incorrect information.  The Customer is advised to verify the accuracy of all information themselves, and to discuss all issues with their vet as required.

Any disputes relating to the quality or other properties of the semen may be referred to the owner or breeder of  the Stallion. The Agent will try to facilitate this where possible.

Liability and risk for the semen and any container it is transported in is the responsibility of the Customer once it leaves Stallion AI Services (who store the semen in the UK on the Agent's behalf).

The Agent is not liable under any circumstances for any loss or costs incurred where semen is unavailable or delayed, including, but not limited to, veterinary, livery or transport costs.

No semen will be despatched without the receipt of a completed order form and full payment.

Time of delivery is the responsibility of Stallion AI Services and their transport company. The Customer must liaise with Stallion AI Services to ensure the delivery meets their requirement. The transport couriers do not guarantee a timed delivery. As such, neither the Agent nor Stallion AI Services or their transport company provide any compensation for any losses or costs arising from the late delivery of the semen and in addition the full transport charge will still apply and is payable by the Customer.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque. Payment must clear into the Agent's account before any semen will be despatched. Payment for transport (and other costs as indicated on the relevant order form) is additional and should be paid (by credit/debit card) to Stallion AI Services.

Unused doses of frozen semen may be returned to Stallion AI Services by prior agreement with the Agent and must be returned in accordance with their shipping terms. No refund will be given to the Customer unless the semen has been returned in an acceptable condition to Stallion AI Services and has been passed as fit for use by Stallion AI Services. The cost of returning the semen to Stallion AI Services must be borne by the Customer.

The Agent is not endorsing or recommending any third party and the Agent is not liable or responsible for any third party's actions.

All prices and terms are subject to change. The Customer must confirm these with the Agent immediately prior to ordering and payment.

The Agent provides no exchange or money back guarantee. Once payment has cleared the order is placed and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Semen advertised by the Agent may be unavailable at times without notice.

The Agent reserves the right to refuse to accept an order and to cancel any order already placed (whether the semen has already been delivered under the order or not) at any time and at the sole and absolute discretion of the Agent.

In the event that the Agent cancels any order, the full amount paid by the Customer will be refunded, unless the Customer has already received a dose or more of semen, in which case the Customer will be refunded the full amount paid less a deduction for the value of the goods received.

All orders placed are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales.
