We are now able to offer a search service for breeders or riders wishing to source a good quality pony broodmare, ridden pony or foal from Germany. 5-y-o GREY GELDING - BRITISH YOUNG DRESSAGE PONY CHAMPION 2010 – SOLD
In the UK (near Oxford)

2005 • 145 cms

Winner of the British Young Dressage Pony Championships 2010 with 79.2%, winning the 5-year-old class and becoming Overall Champion of 4 and 5-year-olds (no 6-year-olds came forward). He received 8s for his trot, canter, and general impression (potential as a dressage horse) and 7.8 for walk and way of going. The class was judged by Chief Team Selector, experienced BD judge and rider Jenny Ward, and Sarah Pidgley, highly respected BD judge and young horse enthusiast. Definitely destined to be a top FEI dressage pony, he has three excellent paces, with super elastic trot and canter, and very good walk. He scored 75% at the Weser-Ems/Oldenburg State Championships in Germany in July 2008 at his first show as a 3 yr old.  Rufus is a son of Renoir, sire of Rembrandt, the illustrious Dutch European Team member and European individual medallist.  

His temperament is second to none, with great rideability and a lovable character, making him easy in all respects and a pleasure to take to shows. On only his second outing, he won his class with 72% scoring 8 for paces and 9 in his trot work. He is working at Elementary/Medium level, and has started all lateral work, walk pirouettes, walk to canter, etc. Extends and collects easily. He is extremely trainable and quick to learn new things. Will make a fantastic pony for an ambitious child or small adult. Sure to go far.  Good to shoe, clip, box (lorry or trailer) etc. No vices. Hacks alone and in company.

STATE PREMIUM MARE
In the UK (near Oxford)

2004 • 145 cms

Premium. She also gained a final score of 7.5 in the Mare Performance Test. She has three fantastic paces, with a very good hind leg, and, whilst she could easily make a top FEI dressage pony, she can also jump. A sweet natured mare, always eager to please.

This striking, dark bay State Premium mare has huge potential in sport or breeding. She was placed 4th at the 2008 Weser-Ems Elite Mare Show in Germany, where she won her ring and was awarded the title of State

BELLE VUE

2005 mare with State Premium status, having qualified for and then competed at the Westfalen State Championships in July 2008. This is the highest graded status a mare can achieve in Germany and is highly prized by breeders. Belle Vue is now in foal to Top Champy, Vice Licensing Champion of Rheinland, and was offered at the Elite Pony Sales Auction in Germany on 31 August 2009.

She is by Batman (sire of our mare St Pr St Bella Bagira) out of Deja Vue by Duktus/Principal Boy (view pedigree). Going very well under saddle, and very reasonably priced for a State Premium Mare as she is fairly small at 143 cms. She would make an excellent ridden prospect for dressage, show jumping or eventing, and/or a broodmare with the exciting possibility (because of her height) of putting her to some of the very well respected, but overheight, pony stallions, to try to achieve ponies full up at 148 cms.
