Half-sister to Naturell and Reserve Champion in her ring at Westphalian Elite Mare Show 2007

Bella Bagira is a 4-year-old mare with stunning paces and fabulous conformation. She won her two qualifying rounds to compete at the Elite Mare Show at the WestphalianChampionships 2007, with mostly 8s. She became reserve champion of her ring at the Elite Mare Show, gaining her State Premium title. She is a half sister to one of our other mares, St Pr St Naturell, and a full sister to St Pr St Bella Donna, who competed at the Elite Mare Show at the Westphalian Championships in 2004, finishing 9th in the championship ring.

On 5 April 2008 Bella Bagira produced a super colt foal by Top Karetino (Top King - Hogewalds Vadi), who was Champion Stallion at the Westphalian Championships in 2004, with 9.0. He was also Champion at the Stallion Championships in Coesfeld in 2004 and qualified for the Bundeschampionat 2004 - 2007. Please click here to see a video of this outstanding stallion.

Bella Bagira's  sire, Batman, was Reserve Champion of his licensing in 1998. He was second at the Westphalian Stallion Championships, and third in his Stallion Performance Test. He was ridden and presented by his owners' thirteen-year-old daughter and had many wins and placings from L Level through to Advanced in jumping and dressage. He competed at the Bundeschampionat in 2001 in dressage and jumping class  A in 5-year-old stallion classes, and in 2002 came 8th at the Bundeschampionat in the finals at class  L dressage. In 2002 he was Vice Champion at the Westphalian Championships in the 5 and 6-year-old stallion dressage pony class.

In 2006 Batman competed successfully with a 14-year-old girl in dressage classes A and L, and in 2007 the stud owners' daughter Sarah, who is only 11 years old, took over the ride and competed him in dressage and jumping classes. He is expected to start competing at FEI with Sarah in two years' time.

He has 4 State Premium daughters, 4 Verband Premium daughters, and one licensed son. He is a son of the 1992 Licensing Champion, Bavarottie, and a grandson of the great champion stallion Black Boy.

Batman has a flawless temperament and is through and through a child's riding pony.
